Altamonte Springs neighborhoods we rescreen
Altamonte Springs Rescreening covers Altamonte Springs, Florida and ZIP codes 32701 and 32714 — Spring Oaks, Weathersfield, Spring Valley, Spring Lake Hills, Country Creek, Barclay Woods, Glen Arden Heights and the Lake Orienta condo communities. 32715 and 32716 are P.O. Box ZIPs, so nothing is scheduled to them.
Same city, four different jobs.
Altamonte Springs is not one screen market. The 32714 side is 1970s detached pool cages on large lots. The 32701 side around Lake Orienta is lakefront lanais and condo screen doors. The build year tells you what the frame is; the association status tells you who signs.

Build years and association status are from neighborhood listing sources and, where noted, Florida Department of Revenue records via a third-party aggregator. Sources are listed on the about page. Nothing here is a statement about a specific parcel — confirm your own lot before ordering material.
What the cage is actually like, street by street.
Spring Oaks
Northwest Altamonte off SR 436 and Montgomery Rd. Block-and-stucco homes, 1,500–2,700 sq ft, zero-lot-line to quarter-acre lots, some with Little Wekiva River views. The association describes itself as “a voluntary organization” where “each home does not have to participate” — so no architectural approval gate for a mesh or frame colour change. Core 1970s cage territory.
Details 32714 · 1959–1978Weathersfield
Southwest Altamonte off SR 436 west of Wymore Rd. Traditional and ranch, 1,200–2,100 sq ft. The oldest sizeable single-family stock in the city, so original frames here are 50 to 65 years old. No HOA at all.
DetailsSpring Valley
Southwest Altamonte off Wymore Rd south of SR 436. 1,800–5,300 sq ft on quarter- to half-acre lots with water access on Spring Lake. Many pool homes, and a 34-year build window means a wide mix of frame gauges and cage eras on the same street.
Spring Lake Hills
Gated, south of SR 436 near Wymore Rd. 2,000–4,700 sq ft on third- to half-acre lots overlooking Lake Destiny or Spring Lake. This is where the large two-storey mansard cages concentrate — upper-panel work, not ground-level work.
DetailsCountry Creek
Gated, off Eden Park Rd and Bunnell Rd north of Maitland Blvd. 1,200–4,000 sq ft. The city's main 1980s–90s cage stock, roughly a decade younger than the Spring Oaks and Weathersfield generation.
Barclay Woods
Southeast Altamonte off Hattaway Dr, Oakland Rd and Mount Vernon Pkwy. 1,600–3,900 sq ft on quarter- to half-acre lots with a boat ramp and water access to Lake Orienta. Pool homes, no HOA — the homeowner is the only decision-maker.
Glen Arden Heights
Southeast Altamonte off Mt Vernon Pkwy north of Oranole Rd. Ranch, block and stucco, 2,000–2,500 sq ft under a mature oak canopy. Heavy limb and debris load over 55-year-old frames. No HOA.
Apple Valley
132 residential parcels, 99% single-family, median living area 2,153 sq ft, 83% homesteaded. Build years run 1970 to 2013 but the median build year is 1972, per Florida Department of Revenue records.
DetailsOak Harbour
Gated waterfront on Lake Orienta off Maitland Ave. Townhome-style condos and single-storey units, 948–2,200 sq ft. Lakefront screened lanais rather than freestanding pool cages, and a board rather than a homeowner signs off.
Sandy Cove
Directly on Lake Orienta along Orange Dr south of SR 436. Condos of 581–1,057 sq ft. Screened lanai and screen-door work, scheduled through the association.
Jamestown Village
Northwest Altamonte off Jamestown Blvd west of Montgomery Rd. Townhomes of 1,300–1,600 sq ft with screened rear patios on 50-year-old frames.
Escondido
55+ active-adult condos off Haines St south of SR 436, 1,341–1,618 sq ft. Screen door and lanai work, and the segment most likely to want pet-resistant or no-see-um mesh.
Bona Vista
Gated condos off West Town Pkwy east of SR 434, 574–1,340 sq ft. The newest frames on this list by two decades.
Altamonte Heights
118 residential parcels, 96% condominium and 4% townhouse, all built in 1975 per Florida Department of Revenue records; units 785–1,407 sq ft. Only about 26% homesteaded, so this is largely landlord and property-manager work rather than homeowner work.
Spring Valley Farms
Established single-family community with its own association at 797 Spring Valley Rd, funded by $525 annual dues covering landscaping, street lighting, security patrol and Spring Valley Park.
Spring Oaks, Weathersfield, Spring Lake Hills and Apple Valley each have their own page, linked above, with more detail than fits in this table.
Three lakefront markets, three different people to convince.
Barclay Woods, Oak Harbour and Sandy Cove all front or hold deeded access to the same water — Lake Orienta, off Maitland Avenue south of SR 436 — and each has a different decision-maker.
- Oak Harbour — gated, built 1974–1998, mandatory HOA. A board decides.
- Sandy Cove — condos dating mostly to 1972, mandatory association. A condo association decides.
- Barclay Woods — built 1973–1985, boat ramp and lake access, and no HOA at all. The homeowner decides.
Lakefront cages also take the most direct sun and the most open wind exposure in the city, and they are the ones that run into the 12-foot-from-waterline screen enclosure setback if the structure is ever rebuilt rather than rescreened.
Setbacks in fullZIP codes, and the two that are not real addresses.
32701 and 32714 are the deliverable ZIP codes for Altamonte Springs. 32715 and 32716 are P.O. Box only — there is nothing to rescreen at a post office box, and a company listing them as service areas is padding a page.

- 32715 — P.O. Box only

Two permit desks share one mailing address
An envelope addressed “Altamonte Springs, FL 32714” does not tell you who permits the work. Inside city limits it is the City of Altamonte Springs Building and Fire Safety Division, (407) 571-8446. A large share of 32714 is unincorporated Seminole County — Sanlando Springs, for one — and that is the Seminole County Building Division, (407) 665-7050. Two houses two streets apart can answer to two different counters.
Wikipedia also associates 32707 (Casselberry), 32730 (Fern Park) and 32751 (Maitland) with the Altamonte Springs area, but those are other post offices and other cities.
A scheduling detail you will not read anywhere else
Altamonte Springs sells reclaimed water for irrigation citywide and runs a fixed schedule by house number: odd-numbered addresses irrigate Wednesdays and Saturdays, even-numbered addresses Thursdays and Sundays. On any given street half the sprinklers run on one pair of days and half on the other, which is worth knowing before a crew sets up under a zone head. (Reclaimed water is prohibited for body-contact recreation, so it is never going into the pool.)
